The project is one of several major data centre announcements tied to the Andhra Pradesh government's investment attraction programme, alongside Google's $15 billion AI Hub and Tillman Global Holdings' TDGAP1 campus, reflecting the state's exceptional combination of power availability, strategic coastal location, and growing digital economy.
Reliance Industries is India's largest private sector company, with Jio Platforms operating one of the world's largest telecommunications networks with over 450 million subscribers.
