By accessing or using the Data Center Planet website and directory services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Data Center Planet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

Use of the Service

Data Center Planet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl or systematically download content without prior written consent
• Post false, misleading or fraudulent listing information
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial communications

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Data Center Planet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Directory Listings

Data Center Planet provides a global directory of data centers, colocation facilities, cloud providers and IT service companies. Listing information is provided by third parties and Data Center Planet makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any listing.

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete and that you have the right to submit such information. Data Center Planet reserves the right to remove or modify any listing at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted listings), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Data Center Planet. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Data Center Planet.

By submitting content to the Service (including listings, reviews and enquiries), you grant Data Center Planet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Data Center Planet does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Data Center Planet does not endorse, verify or guarantee any listing, company, product or service appearing in the directory. Any reliance you place on directory information is strictly at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data Center Planet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience. Data Center Planet has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
