Z Squared Paradox Data Union County Campus - El Dorado, Arkansas
Z Squared's Paradox Data Union County Campus offers 8MW of immersion-cooled AI/HPC capacity in El Dorado, Arkansas, with expansion plans targeting 150MW at a 170-acre campus.
The Z Squared Paradox Data Union County Campus is an AI and HPC-focused data centre development in Union County, Arkansas, located outside the city of El Dorado. Operated by Paradox Data under majority ownership by Nasdaq-listed Z Squared Inc., the 10-acre site currently offers 8MW of energised, immersion-cooled capacity designed for high-density AI and high-performance computing workloads. Z Squared acquired a 51% stake in Paradox Data in June 2026 as part of its strategic pivot from cryptocurrency mining to AI infrastructure.
The facility employs immersion cooling to support the thermal demands of high-density GPU and HPC deployments, enabling power densities that are not achievable with traditional air cooling. Z Squared intends to expand the site significantly, with plans to request up to 50MW of additional utility power and develop a 150MW behind-the-meter campus totalling 170 acres using a combination of grid connectivity and natural gas power generation. This expansion would transform the Union County site into a large-scale AI infrastructure campus serving enterprise and hyperscale customers.
Z Squared's Florida-based digital infrastructure strategy involves building out powered sites across multiple US states, with the company targeting 100MW of AI-ready capacity within 18 months across its growing portfolio. The Paradox Data acquisition, structured entirely in newly designated Series D convertible preferred stock with no cash consideration, reflects the capital-efficient approach Z Squared is taking as it scales from its cryptomining origins into a broad AI data centre platform serving the rapidly growing demand for GPU compute infrastructure in the United States.
