The Paradox Data Union County Campus is an AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data centre facility located outside El Dorado, Arkansas, within Union County. The site was acquired by Z Squared Inc., a Nasdaq-listed digital infrastructure firm, as part of a strategic pivot from cryptocurrency mining toward AI and HPC workloads. The 10-acre campus is purpose-built for high-density computing, utilising advanced full-immersion liquid cooling to support the extreme thermal demands of modern AI accelerator hardware.
The facility currently delivers 8MW of operational power capacity, with plans to scale significantly through a combination of utility grid connectivity and behind-the-meter natural gas generation. Z Squared has stated its intention to develop the campus to approximately 150MW total capacity across a 170-acre footprint, positioning it as a major AI infrastructure hub in the South-Central United States.
