NorthVault AI Data Center - Ontario, Canada

NorthVault AI is a newly established data centre developer planning an AI-focused campus in Ontario, Canada. Launched in 2026, the company's flagship site has 4MW of grid power available immediately, with 43.75MW targeted for energisation by Q3 2027 and a long-term expansion path to 120MW. The facility is designed with direct-to-chip liquid cooling using closed-loop systems, enabling high-density AI and HPC deployments without the operational complexity and water consumption of traditional evaporative cooling. The site features three diverse dark fibre routes to both Toronto and Chicago, providing low-latency connectivity to two of North America's most important financial and technology hubs. This dual connectivity path positions NorthVault's Ontario campus as a resilient and well-connected option for neocloud operators, AI model training, and HPC tenants seeking scalable capacity on a rapid deployment timeline that few North American sites can match, particularly given widespread power constraints in 2025-2026. NorthVault AI was founded with the specific objective of solving the twin AI infrastructure bottlenecks of power and connectivity. The company is accepting reservations for the currently available 4MW capacity and is engaged in discussions with neocloud operators and AI/HPC tenants, as well as evaluating strategic partnerships for the full 120MW build-out. Founded by President Chris Tsiropoulos, a London, Ontario-based real estate developer, NorthVault represents a new wave of specialised AI infrastructure developers targeting underserved Canadian markets.
