A 3MW, 3,600 sq ft data center developed by Vine Energy LLC on Marshmallow Lane in Iola, Kansas. Built on a 10-acre industrial site purchased from the city, the single-story facility is due to come live by September 2026. Vine has an option to acquire another 10 acres for potential expansion.
