Vantage Montreal II is a 10-acre data center campus in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada, housing three facilities with a combined 50 MW of critical IT load and 320,000 gross square feet (29,729 m²). Built to Tier III+ standards with an annual design PUE of 1.2 at full capacity, the campus is powered by nearly 100% hydroelectric energy from Hydro-Québec, producing minimal greenhouse gas. Carrier-neutral with access to 10+ regional and international carriers, the campus leverages Montreal's cold climate for free cooling through an indirect air-cooling system with N+1 mechanical redundancy.
