259,540 sqft data centre at 200 Electric Avenue, Sparks/McCarran, Nevada. $254M investment as part of Vantage's Storey County cluster.
Vantage Data Centers NV12 is the second of two initially announced data centre facilities at 200 Electric Avenue in Sparks (McCarran), Nevada, located within Storey County. The Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development approved a $254 million investment in NV12, with operations originally targeted for Q1 2026. The 259,540-square-foot (24,110 sqm) facility has received LEED certification filings confirming its footprint.
Storey County, situated within the Reno-Sparks metro area, has become a key data centre destination in the US Mountain West, attracting significant investment from hyperscalers and colocation providers. The region benefits from low energy costs, tax incentives, a stable geological environment, and fibre connectivity to the major Pacific Coast markets.
The NV12 facility complements Vantage's NV11 development at the adjacent 100 Electric Avenue site. Together they form a growing campus cluster in the area. Vantage has additionally filed for at least two further Nevada buildings (NV13 and NV14), reinforcing its commitment to Storey County as a long-term strategic market.
