Vantage Data Centers FRA22 is a hyperscale campus located in Raunheim, just southwest of Frankfurt and approximately 10 kilometres from Frankfurt International Airport. Once fully developed, the campus will span 485,000 square feet (45,000 square metres) and deliver 56MW of critical IT load at an average density of 300W/SF. The facility features N+1 redundancy across all systems, a 100MVA on-campus substation with multiple diverse power feeds, and carrier-neutral connectivity with four points of entry and two meet-me rooms.
The campus uses a closed-loop chilled water cooling system generated through air-cooled chillers with integrated air-side economisers, achieving a designed PUE of 1.3 and near-zero water utilisation efficiency. All systems are 100% concurrently maintainable. Sustainability features include EV charging stations, green spaces, and the use of renewable energy.
