French energy firm Valorem, through Valorem Energies Finland, is developing a data centre campus in the Nätkin industrial area of Savonlinna, South Savo, Finland. A zoning agreement with the city has been prepared covering 32 hectares. First phase could offer 30–50MW from 2028, growing to more than 100MW by 2032, with waste heat available for the local district heating network.
