Stream Data Centers DFWA is a hyperscale data centre facility located on a 23-acre site in Garland, Texas, immediately adjacent to northeast Dallas. The 275,000 square-foot facility provides 43 MW of critical capacity, powered by two utility feeds from a 95 MW on-site Oncor substation with aggressive utility pricing and in-state renewable energy sourcing. The facility was fully leased to a major cloud customer in 2023.
