Proposed 225MW data center campus on 151 hectares at Clawbare Cottage in Longformacus, Duns, on land owned by the Roxburghe Estate. Developed by Sunlaws Development Company (SDC). Three two-story data center buildings, each ~54,000 sqm. Construction could start 2029 for a 2030 launch. Grid-connected with mains gas backup.
