One of three planned SoftBank AI data centers in the Hauts-de-France region, located in Bouchain on the site of a former EDF power plant. State-owned nuclear energy company EDF is providing the former power plant site to SoftBank for development. Part of SoftBank's €75 billion investment in up to 5GW of AI data center capacity in France by 2031.
