Skybox Houston One is a purpose-built, high-density mission-critical data center on a 20-acre private campus adjacent to a 300 MVA substation with dual-feed underground utility service. The facility features a 6-inch concrete roof deck rated for 190+ mph winds, DoubleDense technology supporting up to 1000 watts PSF for immersion cooling workloads, and Premium Rollover Service routing A/B power from separate substation-level transformers. Generators provide 96 hours of runtime via 7,000-gallon belly tanks.
