Segro and Pure DC have formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop a fully fitted data center in Paris, France. The powered site will see a 48MW data center developed, with a 75MW grid connection secured and around GBP 800 million invested. The first phase is due to go live three years after construction starts, subject to planning permission and lease commitments.
