Sabey Data Centers' Ashburn campus occupies 38 acres in Loudoun County, Virginia, in Data Center Alley, less than an hour from Washington, D.C. Two of three buildings are completed, with more than 36 MW of power and multiple connectivity options; campus capacity is stated at 85 MW.
Ashburn Building A is scheduled to come online from 2026 with 54 MW of additional leasable power. Sabey says Building A can be built air-cooled, liquid-cooled or hybrid to handle high-density compute, with racks capable of more than 100 kW. Average annualised PUE for the campus is stated as 1.35.
Services include colocation, build-to-suit, powered shell and remote hands. Virginia's data centre sales and use tax exemption is cited as a cost advantage for tenants.
