Planned €1 billion AI data center at the former Ercros chemical plant in Flix, Catalonia, Spain. Operated by Rubix Data Centers, the AI data center division of immersion cooling firm Submer. Will be constructed in two phases with four data halls. Designed for AI workloads targeting a single hyperscale tenant. Announced July 2026 at an event attended by the President of the Catalan Government.
