PowerHouse ABX-1 is a two-storey data centre facility developed by PowerHouse Data Centers, delivered in October 2023. The site spans 10 acres with 265,850 developable square feet across a single building. With a maximum utility capacity of 60 MW, the facility was designed for hyperscale and large enterprise workloads. The project was completed and sold in Q4 2024, representing a successful build-to-core delivery.
