The first data center developed by Nordic AI data center firm Polar DC (owned by H.I.G. Capital) in Drangedal, Norway. Purpose-built for AI and high-density computing workloads. Neocloud Crusoe has leased the facility for its AI cloud. Polar DC raised an €800 million senior secured bond in June 2026 to refinance this facility and fund construction of two additional facilities in 2026 and 2027.
