PODTECH India — Delhi is the company's primary engineering and delivery hub in Northern India. The Delhi office leads software engineering for the PODTECH telemetry platform, BMS integration development, and technical pre-sales support for the Indian subcontinent.
The core product deployed by PODTECH's Delhi team is the A1 Controller — an industrial 1U rack-mount telemetry appliance designed to bridge physical datacenter infrastructure and cloud analytics. The A1 connects BMS, PMS, battery, and fire systems using BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, and MQTT, and delivers normalised data streams to cloud platforms including Snowflake, Azure, and BigQuery.
BMS vendor integrations supported by the Delhi engineering team include Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Desigo, Tridium Niagara, Delta InfraSuite, and Johnson Controls Metasys — covering the majority of enterprise and hyperscale installations in the region.
The Delhi office also develops and maintains connectors for the PODVIEW monitoring platform — providing real-time PUE dashboards, environmental alerting, predictive analytics, and EED-compliant reporting for datacenter operators across India and South Asia.
