Microsoft announced deployment of 23,000 Nvidia Grace Blackwell Ultra GPUs at this facility as part of the UK's largest supercomputer and a £1.5bn infrastructure push. Also forms part of Nscale's Stargate UK capacity for OpenAI, with up to 31,000 GPUs planned across Nscale's UK sites. Announced in September 2025 alongside a $6.2bn Microsoft compute deal with Nscale and Aker.
