nLighten's Nottingham edge data center (EMA1) is a high-availability, secure colocation facility located in the north of Nottingham, close to the M1 motorway and just 25 minutes from Nottingham City Airport. The facility offers 8,750 m² of dedicated colocation space with 9,600 kW of power capacity, and is designed to support high-density cabinets ranging from 15 kW to 150+ kW per rack, making it AI-ready.
The carrier-neutral data center features diverse fibre entry points and meet-me areas, providing access to over 65 carriers and partners from the nLighten European footprint. With Tier III design target and cooling complying with ASHRAE A1 standards, the facility delivers robust availability and connectivity. A secure, pre-defined modular aisle and services containment system enables fast hardware deployment and scalable growth.
