Colocation
NeutraDC BTM-2 - Batam, Indonesia
NeutraDC BTM-2 is the second colocation facility at Telkom Indonesia's NeutraDC Batam campus at Kabil Industrial Estate, complementing the 50MW+ BTM-1 facility serving regional cloud and AI demand.
NeutraDC BTM-2 is the second data centre facility operated by NeutraDC (a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia) at Kabil Industrial Estate on the island of Batam, Indonesia. Located just across the strait from Singapore, Batam has emerged as a key digital infrastructure hub in Southeast Asia, offering proximity to Singapore's hyperscale ecosystem while benefiting from lower land and power costs. NeutraDC's Batam campus provides a growing concentration of carrier-neutral colocation capacity targeting regional cloud and AI workloads.
The BTM-2 facility complements the flagship BTM-1 facility at Kabil Industrial Estate, which was topped out in October 2025 and offers more than 50MW of capacity. Together, the two facilities form NeutraDC's growing Batam campus, which has attracted significant international interest including a 5.5MW capacity agreement with Gorilla Technology Group for GPU-as-a-Service deployments. The strategic location within an established technology park with access to subsea cable landings and power infrastructure makes the Batam campus an increasingly important part of Southeast Asia's data centre landscape.
NeutraDC operates as one of Indonesia's leading neutral data centre and managed connectivity service providers. The company's Batam assets are positioned to capture growing demand from hyperscale operators, cloud providers, and enterprises seeking scalable, connectivity-rich capacity in a cost-competitive Southeast Asian market with strong ties to Singapore's global interconnection ecosystem.
