Meta builds up to 1,400-acre, six-phase data center campus at LEAP District, Lebanon, Indiana (Project Domino) — $800M Phase 1.
Meta Platforms is developing a large-scale data center campus at the LEAP Lebanon Innovation District in Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana. The campus, known as Project Domino, could eventually span up to 1,400 acres within the 9,000-acre LEAP District along Indiana's I-65 corridor, northwest of Indianapolis. The first phase alone represents an $800 million investment, with up to six phases possible. Phase 1 incentives and tax abatements were approved unanimously by Lebanon City Council. The campus could generate over $80 million in property taxes over 15 years.
