National data center being established by Lebanon's Ministry of Telecommunications in a converted warehouse in Dekwaneh, north of Beirut. The facility consolidates and relocates the existing Karantina and Sawwar data centers into a single modern location to improve operational efficiency. Part of Lebanon's digital transformation initiative to reduce reliance on leased facilities and invest in state-owned infrastructure. Visited by Telecoms Minister Charles Hajj and Touch CEO Karim Salim Salam in April 2026.
