Kingston Technology Hub is a proposed 150MW data centre in Kingston, Bartow County, Georgia, submitted by Thor Equities through acquisition entity Thor Acquisitions WC LLC. The project has an estimated cost of $1 billion, a proposed footprint of 350,000 sq ft (32,500 sqm), and is targeted for completion in 2030. Thor estimates around $2 million in annual local tax revenue, about 50 full-time jobs, and water usage of 50,000 gallons per day.
