Developed by Kauri CAB Digital Infrastructure, the digital arm of Berlin-based real estate asset manager Kauri. Planned capacity of approximately 40MW. Hitachi Energy has been contracted to deliver a compact 110kV grid connection designed for the constrained urban environment. Land acquired in April 2026 for €24 million.
