INGATE GmbH operates a Private Suite within the EMC Home of Data data center in Munich, located at Elisabeth-Selbert-Str. 7, 80939 München. The facility offers up to 7,000 m2 of total floor space with over 3,500 racks and capacity for more than 150,000 servers. The building is constructed in solid reinforced concrete and is certified to DIN EN 50600 at availability class VK3 and security class SK4.
The data center benefits from excellent fiber connectivity via multiple separate routes, with many carriers present in the building. INGATE operates its own Autonomous System (AS49435) connected in Munich with multiple redundant 100 Gbit/s links. Power is supplied via two separate 10 kV lines with dedicated transformer stations, supported by UPS systems in N+1 or 2N+1 redundancy and diesel generators with a total capacity of 2,500 kW. The facility runs on 100% TUV-certified green electricity from regional hydropower in Bavaria and Austria, supplemented by its own photovoltaic system.
The cooling system features redundant roof-mounted units at approximately 30 meters height, with adiabatic and emergency cooling including UPS buffering. The raised floor is 100 cm high with load capacity of 1,000-2,000 kg/m2. The data center achieves a PUE of under 1.20 and is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, DIN EN 50600, and CSR 26001.
