A proposed 600MW hyperscale data center near Auchtertool in Fife, Scotland, submitted for planning permission in June 2026. Developed by ILI Group as part of its Stoics network of data centers across Scotland, the 25-hectare development would see around £5 billion invested across several phases. Site plans suggest up to seven buildings and an on-site substation.
