HyperDataGrid is developing a high-density liquid-cooled data center on Highway 103 West, Lufkin, Texas, on the site of the former Northern Chip Mill. The company has secured electrical and water agreements and begun land clearing. The planned 20MW facility features closed-loop direct-to-chip cooling supporting up to 600kW per rack.
