Hut 8 Beacon Point Data Center - Nueces County, Texas

A 352MW hyperscale data center developed by Hut 8 through its subsidiary Beacon Point DC LLC in Nueces County, East Texas. The facility will feature six data halls on a 521-acre property with a 1GW interconnection agreement. It is fully leased to an undisclosed high-investment-grade hyperscale tenant for 15 years in a deal worth $9.8 billion. The $4.25 billion debt offering closed in June 2026.
