Goodman HKG10 is a data centre in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, operated by Goodman as part of the Goodman Hong Kong Data Centre Partnership (GHKDCP). The facility is being fitted out in an existing Goodman warehouse, with first capacity due ready for service in early 2028. Proceeds from a US$455 million equity raise in September 2026 are predominantly funding the mechanical and electrical fit-out. GHKDCP launched in July 2025 with Goodman as 20 percent anchor investor alongside institutional and sovereign wealth partners.
