The two-storey precast concrete facility spans 107,919 square feet (10,026 m²) and delivers scalable colocation with N+1 power redundancy, N+1 cooling redundancy, and a guaranteed global uptime of 99.9999%+. The facility supports high-density AI and cloud workloads with free cooling, high-efficiency UPS systems, LED lighting, decoupled dehumidification, and fuel cell installations.
Physical security includes 24/7 on-site security, biometric access controls, and mantrap entry systems. SV10 meets rigorous global standards including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, and HIPAA, and supports Equinix's sustainability programme through wind and solar renewable energy certificates (RECs) sourced from the USA and Canada.
