Due to the region's strategic importance as the Eastern hub of traffic exchange to the United States, DC7 serves as a major communications gateway to Europe and hosts a high concentration of network, cloud, and IT service providers.\n\nThe facility provides 35,553 square feet (3,303 mΒ²) of colocation space across a two-story reinforced concrete building. It features N+1 UPS and cooling redundancy, double interlock pre-action fire suppression, aspirated VESDA fire detection, and generator autonomy of 30 hours or more at full load. Physical security includes 24/7 guards, proximity card access, entrance mantraps, and continuous surveillance recording.\n\nDC7 supports interconnection via Cross Connects, Network Edge, and other digital services.
