A new government data center under construction in Meppen, Lower Saxony, Germany, commissioned by the Landkreis Emsland municipality. The €3.4 million facility occupies 655 sqm across three floors of the district administration building, with construction costs of €2.24 million and an additional €1.2 million earmarked for technical equipment including UPS. Designed as critical infrastructure compliant with German law, with completion expected by end of 2027.
