The 5,000-square-meter (53,820 sq ft) facility is a warehouse conversion project, designed to deliver dedicated AI compute capacity for mid-market enterprises, healthcare organizations, financial services firms, and other regulated industries.
The immersion-cooled design ensures high-density GPU performance while meeting strict compliance requirements, including HIPAA, CCPA, and SOC 2. The facility is built around full data sovereignty principles, offering single-tenant architecture that avoids the shared infrastructure model common to larger hyperscale deployments.
EG AI Corp is also developing EG GPT, a US-hosted large language model built for regulated enterprises, and EG Voice, an AI-powered voice assistant.
