DMG Blockchain's 75MW facility in Grand Forks, British Columbia, originally developed as a Bitcoin mining site in 2019. In June 2026, DMG signed a letter of intent to convert 50MW of critical IT load to AI and HPC hosting for a single unnamed AI tenant under a 12-year lease with three five-year renewal options. Capacity delivery targeted from December 2026. The site spans 27,000 sq ft (2,510 sqm) comprising 15MW of firm power and 60MW of non-firm curtailable power. The company is procuring modular prefabricated data center infrastructure to support the AI pivot.
