Digital Realty ZUR4 is a new colocation data centre under construction in Glattbrugg, Zurich, Switzerland. Digital Realty broke ground in August 2026 on the fourth building at its existing Zurich campus, which already hosts ZUR1, ZUR2, and ZUR3.
Digital Realty ZUR4 is a new colocation data centre under construction in Glattbrugg, Zurich, Switzerland. Digital Realty broke ground in August 2026 on the fourth building at its existing Zurich campus, which already hosts ZUR1, ZUR2, and ZUR3.
The facility will provide 15MW of IT capacity across approximately 6,300 sqm (67,810 sq ft) of space and is due to go live in 2028. ZUR4 is designed to support high-density deployments and AI workloads with advanced cooling systems, expanding an on-site ecosystem of more than 200 customers.
The project was first announced in 2023 and forms part of Digital Realty's continued expansion of its Glattbrugg campus.
