Digital Crossroad is a data center campus in Hammond, Indiana, located in the former State Line Generating Plant and situated less than 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. The DX-1 facility offers 105,000 SF of space with 20MW of power capacity, built to Tier III concurrently maintainable standards with a design PUE of 1.15. The campus features a 100+ MW on-site substation, multi-modal cooling utilising Lake Michigan water, and is located in a designated Opportunity Zone with 100% sales and use tax exemption.
