The Datenstelle der Rentenversicherung (DSRV) is the central data processing facility for Germany's statutory pension insurance system, established under § 145 SGB VI and operated by the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund on behalf of all Rentenversicherungsträger. The facility provides mission-critical IT infrastructure and data processing services supporting Germany's entire pension insurance framework, handling sensitive personal data with strict compliance to national data protection requirements. DSRV operates a technical helpdesk for IT support from Monday–Thursday 7:00–16:00 and Friday 7:00–14:00.
