Operational 12MW AI-ready data center campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operated by DAMAC Digital (formerly Edgnex Data Centers). Founded in 2021 by Hussain Sajwani, DAMAC Digital is the data center arm of UAE property conglomerate Damac. The Riyadh campus was the company's first operational facility. DAMAC Digital is targeting 700MW+ of operational capacity by Q1 2027 and 2GW by Q1 2028, with more than 90% of data centers designed with liquid cooling.
