CloudHQ MCC Campus is a large-scale hyperscale data center campus located on the south side of the Manassas, Virginia market. The campus provides over 375 MW of critical IT load spread across seven data centers, offering significant growth opportunities for tenants. MCC5 is siteplan approved and ready for immediate development, while MCC7 is slated to begin construction in 2025 with RFS delivery expected in Q3 2026. The campus features direct connectivity to CloudHQ's MDC campus and local/long-haul fiber routes via the Manassas Fiber Highway.
