Buzz HPC AI Cloud - Stockholm, Sweden

Buzz HPC's Stockholm AI cloud deployment is an 800kW GPU computing facility operated by Buzz HPC, the AI infrastructure subsidiary of Hive Digital Technologies, in Stockholm, Sweden. The facility forms part of Buzz's internationally diversified sovereign AI cloud platform alongside its Canadian GPU deployments. Stockholm serves as Buzz's European base, leveraging Hive Digital Technologies' existing operational presence in the Nordic region – including its larger 32MW colocation facility in Boden, northern Sweden – to provide European enterprise and government customers with access to Nvidia GPU computing resources including H100, A6000, A5000, A40, and H200 accelerators. Sweden's Nordic data centre ecosystem is well-established, characterised by abundant renewable hydroelectric and wind power, a cool climate enabling energy-efficient operations, world-class fibre connectivity to European networks, and a stable regulatory environment with strong data protection standards. Stockholm is one of Europe's premier internet exchange points and interconnection hubs, making it an ideal location for AI cloud services requiring low-latency connectivity to European enterprise and cloud networks. Buzz's Stockholm deployment provides a sovereign, high-performance computing option for customers who want GPU access within the European regulatory zone. Buzz HPC (originally known as Hive Cloud) offers GPU-as-a-service infrastructure designed for AI training, inference, and HPC workloads. The company operates on a mission to provide sovereign AI computing – infrastructure that is controlled by democratic, allied nations and provides data protection and regulatory compliance for sensitive AI workloads. As Hive Digital Technologies transitions from its cryptocurrency mining origins to become a leading AI infrastructure provider, Buzz represents the company's forward-looking AI-focused commercial strategy, with a growing distributed footprint across Sweden and Canada.
