Second of two government-operated micro data centers inaugurated in Ouagadougou. Together with Data Center 1, provides 3PB of storage, 105.6TB of memory, and 28,800 CPU cores, supporting government digital platforms across all ministries. Total investment of 16 billion FCFA (~$29m). Managed by national competencies.
