Bitdeer AI (Bitdeer Technologies Group) has pre-leased A202, a 65.1MW data centre in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, under a ten-year data centre services agreement. A202 sits on the same campus as Bitdeer’s 21.7MW A201 facility (targeted ready-for-service January 2027), taking the Johor campus to 86.8MW. The site is being positioned for liquid-cooled, rack-scale AI cloud capacity. Bitdeer’s secured capacity across Malaysia, Norway and the US is about 206.5MW.
