Big Digital Energy (formerly Mawson Infrastructure Group) is developing a 311MW AI data center campus on a 50-acre site in Hood County, Texas, in a 50:50 joint venture with energy infrastructure company 10NetZero. The site has 17MW of operational grid power, expandable to 111MW grid power plus behind-the-meter natural gas generation for a potential 311MW total. Existing structures of over 30,000 sq ft will be repurposed, targeting AI and high-performance computing tenants.
