National data center located in Abomey-Calavi, Benin, on Interstate National Highway One. Spans 300 sqm (3,230 sq ft) and is operated by SBIM, a state-owned telecommunication company. Under Benin's national AI and big data strategy (2023-2027), the facility aims to develop AI capabilities. A World Bank-funded feasibility study is underway for a secondary national data center to provide redundancy.
