ASP Data Center (established 2022 by ASP Eiendom AS) has raised NOK 1.6 billion (about $170m) in bonds to fund its K11 data centre in Stavanger, Norway, and to refinance an existing NOK 685 million bond. The company reports a contracted revenue backlog approaching NOK 2 billion, including a recently signed agreement to deliver 6MW of IT capacity at K11.
