Applied Digital's 430MW AI Factory Campus in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. The $3.6 billion Delta Forge 1 facility has 300MW pre-leased to a hyperscaler. Power will be supplied by a 756MW natural gas plant being constructed by Cleco to serve the campus.
